Leonard Bimetal Fly Reel 2-Piece Comes with the original VomFor sale here is a very scarce Leonard Bimetal fly reel made by Julius Vom Hofe. Clearly marked "H. L. Leonard Pat. No 191813". Constructed with a bronze frame, nickel silver foot, handle arm, and aluminum spool. The pillar to pillar diameter is 2. 58" (without pillars it is 2. 22"). The spool width is 1". This is the third and final version of the classic Leonard bimetal trout reel. Oversized hard rubber handle grasp. Screw off rear bearing cap.
