Edwards Quad 54 Bamboo Fly Rod 8’6" 3/2 #7/8 Salmon and Steelhead Rods 3) Envelope (early era)An Edwards Quadrate model 54 fly rod, 8'6", 3 piece, 2 tip, and built for what feels to me like a #7 or #8. Fast DF action. The rod weighs 5 3 4 ounces on my scale. Excellent original condition for its age with a hint of bag imprint on the tips. Some varnish loss around the base of the snake guides due to the guides lifting a bit likely on a heavy fish. Medium flamed cane with brown main wraps with yellow edges. 3x3 yellow and brown signature wraps
