Cantillon Iris (750ml) Bourbon AS SEEN ON HOT ONESContrary to other Cantillon producsts, Iris is not brewed with 35% wheat but only pale ale malt, giving a more amber colour. And while lambic is made with 100% dried hops, for Iris Cantillon uses 50% dried and 50% fresh hops. The fresh hops create a superb acidity, while the dried hops conserve the beer while preserving all its qualities.
