October 19 | Dumplings and Green Onion Cakes Kids There’s more to Awn thanIn this class we will work together to make Chinese dumplings and green onion cakes. We will make the dough and filling together (pork as well as vegetarian), talk about steaming vs. frying dumplings, learn to fold and pinch the dumplings and of course enjoy the dumplings. We will make green onion cakes as well learning the ins and outs of the entire process.
