Francois Cotat: Les Monts Damnes 2023 - Sancerre blanc Viveri Unlike the Gavi with theKleiner Produzent aus der Loire. Herrliche Weine brauchen immer noch ein paar Jahre in der Flasche. Hier ist das Wachs etwas beschdigt. Wobei Cotat halt eh denkbar minimal Wachs einsetzt. Tut dem Wein jetzt auch eher nix, aber falls das strt bitte nicht bestellen, ist dann kein Reklamationsgrund, da es ja hier schon steht.
