First matured in oak barrels, masterfully finished in a Spanish sherry cask. Aroma: Wood notes, aromas of citrus fruits, exceptionally complex on the nose. Taste: Salty mineral aromas with lemony notes, sherry notes such as dried fruit and raisins and roasted almonds on the finish.
