Hat measures 8" in diameter, and inner circumference of crown is 22". Height of crown is 3. 5". Fabric is nylon jersey over a stiffened rayon fabric base topped with nylon netting. Has blue rayon grosgrain ribbon around middle. No makers label; has union label. Excellent condition with no damage except for some breaks in netting. True colors are white with green and blue floral
