It is in really vibrant colours of orange, yellow and blue against a black background and is a combination of bold block colour feathers and a pixilated more abstract design. No labels are present and this looks to be dressmaker made in the USA. It has a shallow V neck, wonderful bat wing sleeves with a crossover bust and a tie waist. It is one of the earliest wrap dresses we
