One of the designers first collections for McQueen after the eponymous founders passing, Vogue praised the blood drenched chiffon of this dress and mentioned Isabelle Adjani in the film La Reine Margot as a possible reference. Tailored from silk chiffon, it has a strapless cut with a gently curved sweetheart neckline. It contains a beige mesh corset which is boned
