The number of possible cards to find in every slot varies with every set, but you should expect to have a 1 in 8 (or 12.5%) chance of opening a mythic with any given slot

TCG Pocket has yet to add trading, and its sale of digital assets in place of physical cards makes the costs much harder to swallow

That said, Id prefer a commander with more than a single ETB effect, especially if that effect wont be too impactful until later in the game
