Mimic Vat is a card that we can be using to steal their creatures in basically every deck and I don't know why people (including me) don't play it more

Even creature decks that can remove it, such as Orzhov Knights, are often put in a spot where they must remove it or they lose the game, and even if they do remove it youve often already gotten value, since you can cast and activate it in the same turn with Opt or The Royal Scions

Every fast mana card printed since then has been measured against it

Both cards are great, but I'd prefer Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire

Despite this, Gearhulk is not fulfilling a critical role in this deck, and if you are looking to replace some of the targets in my list, start here
