I wouldnt call this a budget EDH deck, but Ive limited myself to cards that Ive either been lucky enough to pull myself (Smothering Tithe, Jurassic World cards) or cards that are under $20, aside from the mana base

With this card, as long as you have it in your hand, you can put out as many bodies as you want

It also helps that I had pretty consistent pulls across all the products I opened
