I can see Kitsune Mystic having a place in an aura Commander's deck

Shanid is basically a Phyrexian Arena for your legendary spells and lands, making it an excellent draw engine in any legendary tribal deck

Not only does this deck take advantage of that Eldrazi package, but it includes a few other packages that I think are strong in Modern right now too

This effect even hits basic lands, so it can be quite strong when it comes to slowing down opponents, especially if they're not already playing black
