1 ELEMENTAL HERO STRATOS Even all these many years later, Stratos is still arguably the best HERO card of all time

While you can find Basic Energy cards with interesting designs, Special Energy cards will have more vibrant featured designs and move away from the standard central Energy logo design

It's being used as a release designation in case rule updates in the future means cards have to be removed from deck construction for future tournaments and events

As you can see there I got some pretty amazing value with a Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Beta Plateau, Mana Crypt, and The One Ring among others
