On its 32 sides are the spelled out numbers 1-10 and pictures representing each letter of the alphabet

It looks to me that the figure here in blue coat and black hat holds a rifle in his hand

What color! So joyful. Perfect on the counter or table or wherever. From Oaxaca I believe, c. 1960s, wheel thrown and hand painted. 6 3 4" d x 3" t and in good vintage condition.
