The Week of Peat takes its inspiration from the distillery's tradition of annually distilling peated malt for one week a year only. This is a sweet and smoky 14 year old that showcases a great balance between peat smoke and citrus flavours. Aromas of gentle peat smoke and lighter floral notes are complimented by flavours of oaky vanilla, blossom honey, sharp citrus and an
