This whiskey is a blend of low rye Bourbon (21% rye) barrels, mostly aged in Kentucky. For secondary finishing, we used ZAK Cooperage Wave Stave Char 1 barrels in four different toast levels to craft a dark and bold Bourbon with ample sweet notes of caramel and fruit.
