Amaro Falso is made using the same combination of botanical ingredients found in the spirit version, sans alcohol. With notes of herbal spice, mint, and bitter gentian root, it's a refreshing aperitivo or digestivo. Carbonation and nitrogen have been added to help mimic the bite and mouthfeel
