Much Loved 19th Century Cricket Stool in Early Calicos post mortem photo I especially love the faceI've definitely developed a thing for early calicos the blue of those indigos does it for me every time, and even more so when paired with red and of course my love of cricket stools is never ending, so no way could I resist this one. The stool is earlyish 19th century I believe, and the fabric has clearly been on it a very long time, it looks to me likely once with another layer of trim that wrapped around the lower perimeter and was nailed onto the
