and then this fantastic fairy-like lady in purple dress in the background

and is easy to slide back in again

with some scattered light smudges and minor stains

Whatever the case I really love that she is etched into what seems to be the underside

I believe this one, and likely all of them, came from E J Stanley's "Library of Health," first published I believe in 1901, and again in 1916. 9 3 4" x 7 1 8". Clear tape repair to the hinge of the eye and a rough left edge as evident.
