What I love most are the drawings on the inside covers- two crude smiling faces at front

I love them as a pair and would use them as vases or perhaps as storage vessels for chopsticks or wooden spoons or whatnot

Large Stencil Painted Beetle on Masonite, From VFW Hall, Orrington, MA folk art seaplane modeled on others but itsI have no idea the story behind how this stencil spray painted beetle came to live in the VFW Hall in Orrington, Maine, but so it seems to have, as handwritten on the reverse, and at some point was stickered by the Orrington Historical Society. Whatever the case, a pretty great one I think, with those six stenciled legs making it look like a skeleton dancing.
