Vitifolium has coppery orange Spring leaves which turn to deep green in summer. Late summer may have the leaves bronze into oranges and reds. Mature trees often have bright red seeds which contrast nicely with the deep green leaves of summer. Like most Japonicums, Vitifolium has spectacular fall colors of scarlet, yellow and orange on large grape like leaves. Grows 18 feet tall and wide.
