You can also wear this wrapped around your neck twice so that you have two pretty loop necklace loops that hit around the mid abdomen and the second one on the chest. Some folks like to wrap malas several times around their wrist. This mala does have a pendant. The agate pendant is about an inch and a half long and three quarters of an inch
