The houses are similar to one another but not quite the same making one imagine a development full of slightly varied bungalows

I love its compactness and sense of resolve, and this sharp looking combo of cornflower blue paint with silver trim. 6 1 2" t x 2 1 2" w x 2 7 8" d. Good condition, c. 1930s or so, I'd think, sound and smoothly rocking.
