Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin phoenyx spirits gives complexity and freshnessFour Pillars home is in the Yarra Valley, where some of the finest wines in the world are made. This inspired us to take Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes and steep them in our Rare Dry Gin gin for eight weeks. The result carries rich purples and reds to bottle. Flavour wise there are pine forest juniper notes followed by dark fruit, red berries and spice, with plenty of that Yarra Valley Shiraz white pepper. All of this with no added sugar. The ABV of this
