The lemon on this postcard is embossed and colored the most gorgeous lemon yellow

diameter--but what a lot of is packed into those inches

Plus the matte stock of the cards has a bit of a grain to it which is what I like most

With a little research and a few stabs trying to decipher the signature on the underside

beautifully carved

DRGM 116769 The lemon on this postcardThis has lost some of its beading and some of the fancy wire that once entirely framed the mirror, but I find it such an extraordinarily beautiful and special feeling thing, there was no way it wasn't coming home with me. I've never seen another like it, feeling much like a fragment mirror, but all the better for that mirror being embedded in a four point star sewn of hide, with beading at the corners and woven metallic thread around the sides. 19th
