The writing and drawing on reverse make me think earlyish 20th c

Im not sure if the wooden form was repurposed from something else or carved by a parent or grandparent to be a doll

C. 1840s I believe, purchased from a dealer in my neck of the woods who pulled it out of an old estate, with the W of the monogram standing for that family's name, Wilson. I couldn't resist her red cheeks and red shoes with terrific blue dress in between, and of course the little dig tugging it at the hem of it! Wool
