I'm really not at all sure

with a light center crease  and a tiny bit of light foxing at upper right

perfectly punctuated by the tightly wound gold thread and pink ribbon at the center of the top

It would once have fit onto a long handle at the end; now there is a wooden plug at that end that makes a good base for standing it.
