it has an excellent original Payne all-metal reel seat with early die stamp and soldered rolled ring

as the reel appears to have been taken apart (some slight screw head marring is evident and there are a couple of almost microscopic marks on the silver anodized rims

The rod is in excellent+ original condition showing only slight evidence of use
