Original Moffat Wood Fired Gin 42% 22 Year Old honey and butterscotch with anScotlands first wood fired gin. Made in small batches in our 60 litre wood fired copper pot still with 14 botanicals. Our hands on distilling approach results in a lively, well balanced gin that begs to be tasted neat. An aromatic gin with citrus and floral notes on the nose. Layers of flavour linger on the palate: lemon, peppercorn, juniper and warming spices. A long finish, only to be discovered when enjoyed neat.
