Light use judging by the guidewear and general straightness but I would rate the condition as fair due to some chips and adhesion patches on the varnish. This rod would be an excellent candidate for a sanding and dip over. The story goes that Halstead had a lot of customers who fished the big Delaware and needed a rod to toss lots of line. Tom
