Sundown Shiraz Mourvèdre 16 are harvested from several vineyardsSourced from the Swartlands diverse soils, mostly Malmsbury shale with loamy and sandy layers. These grapes thrive in a climate made for winemaking: dry summers, cool breezes, and cold winters that give the vines a well earned rest. This bold blend is 70% Shiraz from Riebeek Valley, co fermented with 27% Mourvdre and a splash (3%) of Viognier from Kasteelberg. Black cherry compote, ripened raspberries and black plums with a peppery kick on the nose.
