The bottom of the rod is composed of sebera rings of turned and varnished walnut

The flatted cork seat shows faint traces of a reel foot

This reel appears to have never been fished. Two screw latch model. 3 7 8" diameter and a nice click and pawl model for light salmon or steelhead fishing.
