Falanghina thrives in the heat while retaining its aromatics and acidity, making it a great fit for the California Sun. 2023 was one of the coolest and latest vintages we have seen in California in the past decade. Falanghina, already late to harvest, was our last pick of the season and came in on November 1st ! This provided
