The rod is in excellent original condition. All sections are full length and straight. The rod features beautiful darkly tempered cane often seen on Orvis rods from this era. Chestnut colored wraps. The script remains clean and bold. The cigar grip is 6 3 4" in length with a thumb and palm indentation. The cork is only mildly soiled. Aluminum down
