Blue Belle, Charming Old Wonderfully Painted Figural Bell antique geometric blocks A second class photograph ofOf course I love a folk art carving that is also a bell, but I think this one is especially excellent for the quality of the painting on her face especially to me she looks almost as if she just just stepped out of early 19th century painting, and, with those hands clasped in front of her, has a bit of the feel of a santos, too. (And with her combo of bared shoulders and prayerful gesture, she seems quite rpoised to serve however one might like!) I
