Made in the early 1970s by Tom Maxwell and Tom Dorsey. Varnished. Clearly the writing on the rod is Maxwell's and it features the "Tails and Top Hat logo". Excellent condition overall. All sections are full length and straight. One of the tips has a 1 1 2" invisible wrap right below the tip top over a slight splinter in the cane. The rod weighs 4 1 8 oz. and the ferrules are
