Half Scalded Antique Carved and Painted Duck antique label ) There is some honeycombI found this small carved duck in Pennsylvania, and it appears to be quite an old one, in original white paint. Somewhere along with way endured a fire, resulting in a dramatically charred flip side. A bit tragic perhaps, for what a beautifully carved little duck, which appears to have been signed on the underside (now very faint), but I love the sort of dual natured drama of it as a result. 3 7 8" l x 1 5 8" w x 1 7 8" t. Very blackened on one side
