This richly textured malt was matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons along with a small proportion of virgin oak casks and red wine barriques

This rich, opulent whisky was distilled on the 16th of November 2015 then fully matured in a single first fill ex Pedro Ximenez butt, 8. 48 for 9 years. Bottling was at a cask strength of 59. 2% abv. There's fruity and earthy characteristics on the palate with notes of cherry brandy, cinnamon pastries and roasted nuts to enjoy. A perfect release for fans of sherry aged whisky
